Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC, it’s directors, employees, agents, affiliates, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this website. Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC does not represent or warrant maintaining the confidentiality of information, though our practice is to make reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. It is also clearly understood that all warranties, implied or express, take place between the vendors and the User. 4. Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC's Vendor Merchant Partners will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where they have used "Private Courier Companies" (eg. First Flight, EZ Worldwide, etc.) to ship your order. 6. All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC is neither responsible nor liable in any way or manner for this. 7. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC. 8. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on Gujarattimesusa.com shall not be entertained. 9. Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same. 10. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order. 11. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. . Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of Gujarattimesusa.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. 12. Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site. 13. Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers / shops etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC 14. The User agrees to use the services provided by Gujarattimesusa.com, Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. 15. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 16. Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days, once the order is delivered. 17. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the U.S. The Courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Refund and canellation policy


Returns and Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by the following rules: 1. Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC accepts responsibility for all products that may have been wrongly shipped, and will make arrangements to resent them. 2. Damaged products: In case of damage caused to products during shipping it is incumbent upon the customer to bring the damage to the notice of the courier at the time of delivery. Please note that the replacement is dependent on the report submitted by the courier/USPS, and the nature of damage. So, please check the newspaper at the time of delivery, and if unsatisfied make a complaint to the delivery person. Also inform the Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC Subscription Section immediately so that necessary steps may be taken. 3. Complaint period: Customers seeking replacement/return of a product must inform Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC within seven days of receiving a product and within 24 hours of receiving a product. Complaints received after that time will not be considered. 4. Refunds: Gujarattimesusa.com will refund full payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail to the customer, and on obtaining his consent initiate the refund process. There may be situations where a customer has ordered several products and one or more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the cost of products not available. The refunds are made through the payment gateway for all products that are ordered through Credit/Debit cards. These payments are routed back through the customer‘s Credit Card company, and are credited to the customer’s account. Refunds of payments made through Demand Draft/Crossed check are made through At Par checks. These are shipped through couriers with whom Gujarat Times Acquisition LLC has an arrangement. Cancellation Policy: Gujarattimesusa.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Gujarattimesusa.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Dasshera & Diwali, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. • Gujarattimesusa.com does not accept cancellation requests for items not ok. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. (Please check Returns and Refunds section for details) • In case of receipt of damaged or defective magazine please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the newspaper. For newspaper, the matter should be reported within 5 days. • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our subscription team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Subscription Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
